Hey Kick Assers, I walked my own talk this past weekend and practiced self care through this months theme, Nature. I gardened barefoot, put my hands in some soil, watered and replanted a few plants, sat and listened to the sounds of the neighborhood. I took in how the air smelled sweet, the breeze in the trees felt joyful, and I felt connected and grounded. I filled my cup in a way I didn't even know I needed. If you can't get to nature, bring nature to you. Houseplants are a perfect way to get some of natures good vibes. Listen to nature tracks to create a soundscape to relax in. Even immersing your feet in soil or water can feel grounding and recharging. We're jumping into nature this month by getting a little dirt in-between our toes. Love the way this photo makes you feel?
